South on Carleton Ave (17) to Main Street (27a).  Make right turn (west) onto Main Street, then left turn onto Harrison Ave. See receptionist at the Rectory and ask for a CYO registration form.

Please use separate forms for Travel and Intramural players. So, if you are registering 2 children in Intramural and 1 for Travel, send in 2 forms.
